Yes, Comfrt is a legit company. It is Comfrt LLC, a US clothing brand that sells mainly through its own website, comfrt.com, and it has thousands of genuine reviews behind it. Whether Comfrt is worth it depends on two things: whether you like a very oversized fit, and whether you can live with a return policy that never gives refunds, only exchanges or store credit. We checked Comfrt's product pages, policies and terms, plus its Trustpilot profile, in October 2026, so the facts below are current as of then. If you decide to order, look at our Comfrt discount codes first.
Comfrt at a glance
What Comfrt gets right:
- The fabric. Most hoodies use a heavy 330 GSM fleece, 51% cotton and 49% polyester, which is thicker than a typical everyday hoodie.
- The real prices. Most core hoodies cost $39 in many colors when we checked, far below the "was" prices shown next to them.
- The range. Dozens of colors, prints and matching sets, plus blankets, kids' sizes and even pet hoodies.
What to know before you buy:
- No refunds. Returns within 30 days get an exchange or a Comfrt gift card, never your money back.
- The fit is big. Every hoodie is cut Oversized or the even roomier Mega fit.
- Service complaints. About 12% of Comfrt's Trustpilot reviews were one star when we checked, mostly about customer service, delivery problems and returns.
What is Comfrt clothing?
Comfrt is a comfort-first clothing brand best known for oversized, heavyweight hoodies and matching sweatpants. Its range has grown to include loungewear, pajamas, kids' clothing, blankets, pillows, pet hoodies and travel pieces like the Airplane Mode hoodie with a built-in eye mask. Much of the marketing leans on comfort and mental wellbeing, with many hoodies described as "slightly weighted".
The company behind it is Comfrt LLC. Its founder, Hudson Leogrande, has said in public bios that he launched the brand in 2022, starting with just a few hoodie colors.
Who owns Comfrt, and is it a Canadian company?
Comfrt is owned by Comfrt LLC, and its founder and CEO is Hudson Leogrande. It is a US company, not a Canadian one: its terms of service are governed by Florida law.
Where is Comfrt made?
Comfrt's product pages do not list a country of origin, so we cannot tell you where each item is made. Its pre-order notes describe items being made to order through factory production, which suggests manufacturing partners rather than its own factories, as with most apparel brands.
Is Comfrt legit? What the reviews say

Comfrt's Trustpilot profile is claimed by the company and, when we checked in October 2026, showed a TrustScore of 4.4 out of 5 from 12,664 reviews, 7,018 of them from the past 12 months. The split is unusual: 84% of reviews were five stars and 12% were one star, with very little in between. People tend to either love Comfrt or have a bad experience with an order.
What happy customers praise:
- How soft and thick the fabric feels.
- Fast shipping.
- Bright colors, prints and matching sets, including for pets.
What unhappy customers report:
- Slow or unhelpful customer service.
- Late or lost packages without clear updates.
- Trouble with exchanges, refunds and wrong items.
Trustpilot also noted that Comfrt had not replied to its negative reviews. None of this makes Comfrt a scam. It is a real company shipping real products to a lot of satisfied buyers. But the one-star reviews are a reminder to order carefully, keep your order number and tracking, and read the return rules before you buy.
Comfrt hoodies: fabric, fit and care

Most Comfrt hoodies are cut from what Comfrt calls CloudTouch Heavyweight Fleece: 51% cotton and 49% polyester at 330 GSM, pre-shrunk and enzyme washed so it feels soft from the first wear. That weight is the main reason people describe Comfrt hoodies as cozy and "slightly weighted". The lighter Halo line uses a 280 GSM fleece for warmer weather.
The fit is the thing to get right. Comfrt has two fits, and neither is slim:
- Oversized: extra room in the chest and shoulders, tapering to the waist.
- Mega: even more room through the chest, shoulders and arms, with a longer length.
Comfrt's own model notes show how big this runs: on the Mega fit Minimalist Hoodie, a 6 foot model wears a Large and a 5 foot 8 model wears a Small. If you want a less roomy look, sizing down in the Mega fit is common. Our Comfrt buying guide walks through sizing and compares every style.
The care label on Comfrt hoodies says to machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low and not to iron. Following it helps the fleece keep its feel.
What Comfrt really costs
Almost every Comfrt product shows a crossed out "was" price. Ignore it and look at what you actually pay. On October 19, 2026:
| Product | Price on Oct 19, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Core hoodies (Minimalist, Signature, Tranquil, Camo) | From $39, up to $65 in some colors |
| Cloud Zip Hoodie | $39 to $69, depending on color |
| Feature hoodies (Airplane Mode, Snak, CalmTouch) | $59 |
| Weighted Hoodie | $75 |
| Dreamer Blanket | $99 to $199, depending on size |
At $39, a heavyweight Comfrt hoodie is fair value. At the higher color prices, it is worth checking whether a $39 color would do. Our Comfrt buying guide covers the blankets in detail.
Comfrt's return policy: the part to read first
This is the single most important thing to know before ordering from Comfrt. According to its refund policy, as of October 2026:
- No refunds. Comfrt does not offer refunds at this time.
- 30 days. Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange or store credit. You can swap for a different size or color, based on availability, or take a Comfrt gift card for the value. If the item you want is out of stock, you get store credit automatically.
- Discounted value. Exchanges are processed at the discounted price you paid.
- One exchange. Comfrt does not allow exchanges on exchange orders.
- Final sale is final. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
- Store credit never expires. The gift card is emailed and can be used on any future order.
Our Comfrt returns and shipping guide covers the full process, including international orders, which can get refunds. Comfrt says it chose exchanges and store credit over refunds to keep prices low. Whatever the reason, the practical lesson is simple: be confident about the size and color before you order, because you cannot get your money back.
Is comfrt.com the official website?
Yes. Comfrt's official store is comfrt.com, and that is where we checked every price and policy in this guide. If you find "Comfrt" products at prices far below what comfrt.com charges, especially on an unfamiliar website or through a social media ad, be cautious. Copycat stores are common for popular online brands, and the safest way to buy is directly from comfrt.com.

Comfrt says it aims to process orders placed before 11am Pacific time on weekdays the same day. If your package is late, start with the tracking link in your confirmation email, then contact Comfrt with your order number.
Is Comfrt worth it?
For the right buyer, yes. If you like an oversized fit, want a thick, soft hoodie and are happy to pay around $39 to $49 for one, Comfrt is good value, and the product quality is what most of its thousands of five-star reviews are about.
It is not for you if you need the option of a full refund, want a slim or tailored fit, or are buying a gift without knowing the size. In those cases, the no-refund policy turns a small mistake into store credit you may not want.
Our advice: start with one core hoodie in a $39 color, in the fit you prefer. If it works, you will know your size for every future order.
