Comfrt Returns, Shipping and Customer Service

Here is the short version of Comfrt's rules for US orders: standard shipping costs $9.95 and is free on orders of $99 or more, returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery, and you get an exchange or a Comfrt gift card, never a refund. Outside the US the rules are different, and in some ways better. Comfrt return policy for US orders

According to Comfrt's US returns page, as of October 2026:

• Window: returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
• Options: an exchange for a different size or color, based on availability, or store credit as a Comfrt gift card. Refunds are not offered.
• Cost: there are no return shipping fees for domestic returns.
• Condition: items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free of stains, pet hair and scent, with tags attached.
• Final sale: final sale items cannot be returned at all.
• Value: exchanges are processed at the discounted price you actually paid.
• Out of stock: if the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you automatically get store credit.
• One exchange: orders that start with "EXC" are already exchanges and can only be returned for a gift card.
• Timing: your exchange or store credit is issued within 7 days of the return reaching Comfrt's warehouse. The gift card is emailed and never expires.
• Shipping costs: the original shipping charge is not refunded.

How to start a Comfrt return

Returns only go through Comfrt's Returns Portal, which is linked from the footer of comfrt.com as "US Returns". You need the order number and the ZIP code you used on the order. Comfrt says items sent back any other way may be delayed or not accepted, so do not just mail a package to them.

Damaged or wrong items

This is the rule most people miss. If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, Comfrt asks you to fill in its contact form within 5 days of delivery, with clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label or SKU. Reports made after 5 days, or without photos, may not be approved. So open your Comfrt package the day it arrives.

Express shipping is not available to PO boxes.

How long does Comfrt take to ship?

Add processing time to the delivery estimate. Comfrt aims to process orders placed before 11am Pacific time, Monday to Friday, within 24 hours. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day, usually within 48 hours, and holidays and big sales can take longer. In practice, plan on roughly 4 to 7 business days from order to doorstep for standard shipping. You get an email with a tracking link once it ships.

Tracking a Comfrt order

There are two ways to track an order:

1. The shipping email. Comfrt emails a tracking link when your order leaves the warehouse.
2. Comfrt's Track Your Order page, linked in the site footer, where you enter your order number.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder before contacting support, and have your order number ready.

Pre-orders: the rules are different

Some Comfrt items are sold as pre-orders, and they come with their own terms:

• You pay at checkout, even though the item ships later. The estimated ship date is on the product page and in your confirmation email.
• You have 15 minutes after checkout to change your email or shipping address, or cancel the order.
• Refunds on pre-orders: you can request a refund within 7 days of placing a pre-order, using Comfrt's contact form.
• Delays: if a pre-order has not shipped within 14 days after its estimated ship date, you can ask to cancel the delayed items for a refund to your original payment method.
• Comfrt can cancel delayed pre-orders, in which case you get a full refund.

Pre-order refunds are the one exception to Comfrt's no-refund rule for US customers, so it is worth knowing which items in your cart are pre-orders before you check out.

Shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU

Comfrt ships worldwide using DHL. Its shipping policy listed these options in October 2026:

Duties and taxes are shown at checkout for international orders. Comfrt also noted that its carriers had paused shipments to several Middle East countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel and Jordan, so check the policy page if you are ordering from that region.

If you are in Canada, note that Comfrt's ID.me discount of 15% or more on one-time purchases is open to eligible groups in both the US and Canada, including military members, nurses, teachers and students.

International returns: refunds, but no exchanges

Comfrt's international returns page works differently from the US one:

• No exchanges for international orders.
• Refunds: for the UK, the EU and EFTA countries, and Canada, the page lists a refund to your original payment method if you return within 14 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. For the rest of the world, it lists store credit only.
• You pay return shipping, and duties, taxes and VAT are not refunded.
• Where to send it: Comfrt, 3000 Rand Blvd, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865, United States, with a note that includes your order number.
• Keep your tracking number, because Comfrt says it cannot track international returns for you.
• Timing: refunds or credit are issued within 7 to 10 business days of the return reaching the warehouse.

How to contact Comfrt customer service

Comfrt's main support channel is the contact form on its Contact page, and the site lists info@comfrt.com as its email address. We did not find a customer service phone number anywhere on comfrt.com, so be wary of "Comfrt support" numbers listed on other websites.

To get a faster answer:

• Include your order number in the first message.
• For damaged or wrong items, attach photos of the item, the packaging and the label, and send them within 5 days of delivery.
• For returns and exchanges, use the Returns Portal rather than email.

Customer service is the most common complaint in Comfrt's reviews on Trustpilot, so allow a few days for a reply during busy periods. Our Comfrt review covers what customers say in more detail.

Is Comfrt sold in stores?

We found no evidence of Comfrt selling in physical stores. Comfrt sells through comfrt.com and its own apps for iPhone and Android. If you see "Comfrt" hoodies on a marketplace or in a shop, check who the seller is before you buy, because only items bought from Comfrt are covered by its return policy.

Comfrt ambassador program and careers

Two more things people look for:

• Ambassador program: Comfrt runs an ambassador program for people who promote the brand on social media. According to its page, you apply online and get an email response within 48 hours, and approved ambassadors receive a discount and their own link to earn from.
• Careers: Comfrt lists its job openings on its careers page, which is linked from the footer of comfrt.com.
